Experimenta Vanishing Point is presented by Newcastle Region Art Gallery in conjunction with Electrofringe, Newcastle's new media festival held as part of the annual This Is Not Art (TINA) Festival.

Take a journey through a wonderland of interactive media art and find out about the twisted realities that inspired the artists to create such flights of the imagination.

The secret to writing successful critical arts reviews!
Arts writing workshop presented by Maria Rizzo, Communications Coordinator of Experimenta.

Fun and motivational, this session has been designed for young writers and artists under 25 and will use the Experimenta Vanishing Point exhibition as the inspiration to write reviews about media arts for publication.

The workshop will cover the essential elements of writing arts reviews and provide tips on how to write from the heart, an overview of what editors seek and explores the potential of reviews to persuade audiences.
