These
beans belonged to my father-in-law Tim, who was a farmer before
he migrated to Australia in the fifties.
He planted those beans every year and we often ate them at his
table when we visited him.
This year he was killed in a car accident. The beans
remind me of him and his life but they also represent my
family. There is one for Tim, one for my husband Peter and another
for our son Leo.
If you had ever seen them together you would know how strong that
seed is.
