Luna Park, Peanut Farm and Vegout
This is me and my dog Schniggle at the Peanut Farm, and my kids at Luna Park sitting in one of those photo sets that gave so much of the atmosphere to the place.

Just recently I joined Vegout, the community garden and life seems to have come a full circle.

From the mid 1940’s to the 1960’s, I visited friends who lived at 10 Chaucer St (now the Safeway car park). The Peanut Farm is where I walked the dog and later on where my children played.

I remember seeing Gypsies there in the 40’s and once I had my fortune told by them. This pic was taken at the Peanut Farm with my puppy Schniggle in 1948 and with my kids at Luna Park in the 60’s.
