In 1984 a group of energetic and idealistic young people founded Another Planet Posters in a house in St Kilda. We thought that we could change the world with silk screen printed posters. Everyone would learn, everyone would have their say, printing posters to go up on the streets of the then St Kilda City. At the time Council was dominated by pro-developement interests
there was a huge groundswell of local
opposition to their proposed corporate plan. |
