From video art, to interactive sculptures and screen-based interactive installations, media artworks are at the cutting edge of contemporary art practice.

As part of media biennials, Experimenta tours the exhibition nationally for two years after it is launched in Melbourne. In the past we have toured extensively throughout Australia, including venues such as Carriageworks in Sydney, Samstag Museum of Art in Adelaide and the Western Australian Museum in Perth.
